Hosting agreement

The fallowing guidelines apply to all clients

of Adult Web Inc.

1. No spam of any sort will be tolerated.

2. Hosting contract runs for 6 (six) months, at that time your site will be reviewed and renewed for an additional 6 (six) months if both parties agree to terms of hosting.

3. Clients paid for membership sales or splits will be paid on the 16th of each month, as funds are available. the first payment of each month may be delayed until hosting and bandwidth fees are current. A 20% fee per transaction will be charged.

4. Individual members areas on an Adult Web Inc site and member's areas on hosted sites as where a partnership exists, will be paid (as agreed). Failer to update pictures for said members areas will result in holding of payments until updates are current, or perminately, if said area is closed due to lack of updates. In the event that a members area is closed, no payments will be made until all memberships expire, and no charge backs are issued. If charge backs are issued due to failer to update by model or site owner, said model or site owner will be responsible for 100% of the charge back and any charges occucerd by the billing company. A $12.50 charge back fee will be assessed to each charge back.

5 Payments for hosting and bandwidth are due upon billing, if arrangements are made to deduct said funds from memberships, this will be done the first payment of each month.

6 All site owners are responsible for having proper models releases and I.D.'s on file for their site, and Adult Web Inc. will not be responsible for this compliance not being done. the misuse of copyrighted material will not be tolerated, and will result in the closing of said site without notice.

7. If you wish to change hosts, a 30 (thirty) day notice in writing, must be given to Adult Web Inc. Failer to do so will result in billing for the entire 6 month period, and said site will not be released until payment is made. If notice is given the deposit will not be returned, if it is before the initial 6 month period.

8. Adult Web Inc is hosted by web air Inc. and other terms of services may also apply. Pleas check www.webair.com for details. You are not a client of webair, do not contact webair unless it is an emergency such as your site being down, AND no one is available at Adult Web Inc.. If we are charged for a service ticket YOU will be charged for the service ticket.

Adult web Inc does not review, censor, or edit the materials and information that are accessible on the Adult web Inc service network or other networks which may be connected to the Adult web Inc service network, if Adult web Inc becomes aware that a customer is in violation of the law or this acceptable use policy, Adult web Inc reserves the right to impose disciplinary action. Our disciplinary action may include: removal from our servers of files that violate our acceptable use policy, the expulsion of the customer from Adult web Inc, termination of Adult web Inc services, and forfeiture of all dues and fees paid to date. Evidence of illegal or prohibited activities may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities.

Accepting hosting by Adult Web Inc. confirms that you have read, and agree to theses terms and conditions. Hosting T.O.S can be amended at any time by Adult Web Inc.
